The water systems we are offering uses the best of both technologies. The electrostatic system performs 95% of the treatment and the inhibitor we use provide the rest, eliminating most of a conventional chemical system.

Our electrostatic probes charge particles and keeps them in suspension until they are bled out on high conductivity setpoint and disrupts laminar boundary layers. Water surface tension is reduced and thermo transfer is increased. Existing scale that formed in boundary layers is eventually removed over time. Because we are adding minimal total dissolved solids (TDS-chemicals) to your system, bleed, as well as water consumption, is reduced 10-30% of make up in open loops.

Our System has several components to address all aspects of proper water treatment:

• Electrostatic Rods - for increased thermo transfer and control of scale
• Skid-mounted Precipitator - side-stream filter with conductivity control
• Copper/Silver Ionization - Bacteria, algae, slime and Legionella control
• Organic Phosphonate Auto-Feed (on skid filter) - corrosion control (Typically 4oz. per day for a 1000-ton system)
• Optional DDC with Flow Totalizers - trending, remote control and alarm reports
